Very Poor Customer Service I opened my LLC with this company based on the good reviews and an apparently good offering. My onboarding specialist Ty was very helpful in the beginning to set up the company. As I was abroad, we did everything over a Google Meet call. He sent me over his contact details and told me I could reach out to him anytime. So after a few failed attempts to contact Ty and get a reply, I tried their chat. The attendant Kinzey was pretty unfriendly and told me that the only way is to contact via phone, which is hard if you’re not in the US and there is no other way on how to get a hold of them. Really poor customer service. I am left with many unanswered questions and with no choices. I deeply regret my decision to trust in their service.

Shoutout to Mark! Inc Authority is amazing. I realized that I made a mistake, and when I called customer service to assist me they were super quick to answer! I spoke to Mark Wafford and not only was he helpful, but he was sure to make me laugh. He made the process super seamless, and I’ll be sure to reach out to him again if I have any more troubles.
