Made everything right! I purchased an expensive collector's set of Evangelion Blu-rays only to find that my sleeve got damaged in shipping. But luckily customer service did a good job in sending me a brand new one even after a few shipping snafus.

All three DVD sets got here super fast All three DVD sets got here super fast. They were packaged great and none of the DVD came loose in there cases. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

TokuSHOUTsu! Shout Factory continues to provide amazing variety in their content and I was especially happy to get two of my favorite Kamen Rider series for affordable prices and with official English subs! The special poster they offered was icing on top the cake! (I hope they get more Kamen Rider in the future!)
