The quality of the item was top notch The quality of the item was top notch. No issues playing it on 4k player. The tranfers are always good. Sometimes I wish the items were little cheaper, yet they never disappoint..

Made everything right! I purchased an expensive collector's set of Evangelion Blu-rays only to find that my sleeve got damaged in shipping. But luckily customer service did a good job in sending me a brand new one even after a few shipping snafus.

Criterion-like quality for mainstream cinema Shout! Factory releases are some of the best in the business, especially the Hammer Films ones. The extras are generous and well done, the transfers superb (particularly for Werner Herzog's Queen of the Desert), and there are so many commentary tracks that I hope I live long enough to enjoy them all!
