The staff and the quality of work is the best! The staff is extremely helpful and bend over backwards to make your video everything that you hoped it would be. They made our speakers feel very comfortable, especially since they knew they could rerecord their interview if they didn't like it.

When I needed Hi8 tapes digitized for a last minute urgent project, they delivered with exceptional quality and even better customer service. I was lucky enough to live within driving distance (40 minutes) but mail services are available.
