They are a professional team which is very knowledgeable in the transfer industry and can provide comprehensive explanations of all their services. Gave A+++++++ Service I needed 35 copies of a family video, for relatives gathering at a 90th birthday party. Pete was under a time crunch as it was, but the master DVD I gave him was corrupt...so then he tried to grab it from a youtube video and the sync was off. Multiple complications--none of them his fault. But he kept at it, and kept at it, and finally, success! And I got the DVDs in plenty of time. Really appreciated his persistence and professionalism.
