They were able to transfer our old family videos from VHS tapes to digital files tackling such challenges as audio tracking issue which other shops were not able to handle. Gave A+++++++ Service I needed 35 copies of a family video, for relatives gathering at a 90th birthday party. Pete was under a time crunch as it was, but the master DVD I gave him was corrupt...so then he tried to grab it from a youtube video and the sync was off. Multiple complications--none of them his fault. But he kept at it, and kept at it, and finally, success! And I got the DVDs in plenty of time. Really appreciated his persistence and professionalism.
