Usually I don’t post reviews but today… Usually I don’t post reviews but today I hope everybody working at my local amc gets a raise. Literally the nicest night out my family and I have had in a while. Not the cheapest but not Uber expensive by any means either. 5 of us spent about $100 total but we also played in the arcade after the movie was over.

Great Cinema at Rio Washingtonian Lake On visit's to DC for business meetings I would often take in a movie after a day of meetings and the AMC DINE-IN Rio Cinemas 18 was in the same complex as my hotel. The cinema's were clean comfortable and relaxing. The seats are amazing and wish we had AMC's in Canada for this alone. Eating is good in the theater as well as a selection of restaurants around it.

Being able to watch 3 movies EVERY WEEK is great (not that we utilize all of them,) but if a movie is fantastic in 'Dolby', or 'Prime,' we'll sometimes watch again in 3D. They have the best theaters, great staff, the movie theater popcorn is amazing, and we love supporting an over 100 year old American company! AMC did not dissapoint I went to see Violent Night around after Christmas and the Theatre was clean and the picture and sound was perfect. It was the first time I had been to the movies since the pandemic and I realized how much I missed seeing these films on the big screen. The refreshments were great and I can't wait to see my next movie at AMC!

AMC is the best! The AMCs in my region have all upgraded to heated/cooled recliners in all theatres and the audio is top notch IMAX/Dolby Atmos level and above throughout. The most recent updated theatres have full on bar and food now. The quality of service provided, cleanliness, and quality of theatre beats most other theatres I've been to in my area by a landslide. And while my home theater is quite good, I appreciate the experience from going to the actual AMC cinemas.
