GBI was trying to book tickets through… I was trying to book tickets through the website, was told numerous times that there was an error with the payment. Impossible to contact them on the numbers provided, the 'high call volumes" lie, then just rung out. Checked my bank, and I've been charged 3 times but still not one confirmation email. Amazingly dreadful customer service. People need to speak with people, not ### recordings of cheerful voices offering you no help at all.

GBAMC is the best! The AMCs in my region have all upgraded to heated/cooled recliners in all theatres and the audio is top notch IMAX/Dolby Atmos level and above throughout. The most recent updated theatres have full on bar and food now. The quality of service provided, cleanliness, and quality of theatre beats most other theatres I've been to in my area by a landslide. And while my home theater is quite good, I appreciate the experience from going to the actual AMC cinemas.

GBUsually I don’t post reviews but today… Usually I don’t post reviews but today I hope everybody working at my local amc gets a raise. Literally the nicest night out my family and I have had in a while. Not the cheapest but not Uber expensive by any means either. 5 of us spent about $100 total but we also played in the arcade after the movie was over.

GBSucks Well, what more could we expect, from yet another Chinese owned business, here in America?! The popcorn was stale and greasy, the sodas were flat, the auditoriums stink, of what smelled like urine. Yeah, never again! DO NOT patronize any AMC Theaters, or, any other Chinese owned businesses...like, Tamu, for just one example!

GBI purchased 2 adult tickets I purchased 2 adult tickets, 2 drinks, and popcorn for $67. I called the theater to cancel the tickets and ask for a refund or voucher before the show started because I couldn't make it because car trouble. After I was told that I have to do that online, I didn't find the get to do it online be the show started. So I can't get a human on the phone and not receive no replies through email either. Even though there is a digital record showing the tickets was not used. I'm out of the money which is not right when No show is cheap nowadays. Bad Customer Service, BS policy for a stubs member
