Great Cinema at Rio Washingtonian Lake On visit's to DC for business meetings I would often take in a movie after a day of meetings and the AMC DINE-IN Rio Cinemas 18 was in the same complex as my hotel. The cinema's were clean comfortable and relaxing. The seats are amazing and wish we had AMC's in Canada for this alone. Eating is good in the theater as well as a selection of restaurants around it.

I purchased 2 adult tickets I purchased 2 adult tickets, 2 drinks, and popcorn for $67. I called the theater to cancel the tickets and ask for a refund or voucher before the show started because I couldn't make it because car trouble. After I was told that I have to do that online, I didn't find the get to do it online be the show started. So I can't get a human on the phone and not receive no replies through email either. Even though there is a digital record showing the tickets was not used. I'm out of the money which is not right when No show is cheap nowadays. Bad Customer Service, BS policy for a stubs member

Be transported to your favorite Universe AMC theatres has always been my go to, no better place to go to watch a flick, get some great popcorn, and hotdog. AMC did not dissapoint I went to see Violent Night around after Christmas and the Theatre was clean and the picture and sound was perfect. It was the first time I had been to the movies since the pandemic and I realized how much I missed seeing these films on the big screen. The refreshments were great and I can't wait to see my next movie at AMC!

Support an American institution, the likes of which has been as American as apple pie. My family never had a more satisfying movie-going experience.
