GBI recently signed up for the service… I recently signed up for the service and it has been great. The customer service is by far the best I’ve experienced. They were patient and responded to all my questions.

GBNot Happy At All I have not had the best experience signing on with Roomba. There is no customer service to help with login issues, and when I send a ticket to technical support, it takes hours to reply back. I still do not have service after paying for the service 2 days ago. I followed every instruction from beginning to end and I still back to the same result, LOGIN FAILED, PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS, USERNAME, and PASSWORD.
