GBAnnoyed One of those services that allows you to subscribe online but makes you phone or email to unsubscribe. I emailed to unsubscribe and they took a payment a week later anyway. I can't comment on the quality of the programming because it was for Ukrainian refugees that I was hosting rather than for myself. UPDATE: 5 months later and the only contact I've had from Mediacast (since the automated email that they sent to acknowledge receipt of my cancelation request) is an email in Ukrainian (that I had to translate) informing me that my payment details have expired. I had my bank cancel the subscription because the crooks at Mediacast certainly weren't going to do so. Don't use this company.

GBWould give 0 if I could Would give 0 if I could. If you want throw your money away, that’s one of the greatest chances to do. Horrible service and maintenance of the program. A lot, and I mean A LOT of channels doesn’t work as well it’s really small amount of channels they provide for that amount. Customer service respond quick but they don’t do anything, like at all to fix or solve problems, their response would be “ we are acknowledged of this issue “ so disappointed and stressed because of this streaming service

GBGood luck cancelling your subscription : ( We had a Ukrainian family stay with us and I signed up for an annual Mediacast subscription. The family have now returned home. Mediacast sent an email at the weekend, informing me the renewal was due this week. I logged on to my account, in order to cancel the service. There is no facility to cancel. I therefore sent their support team an email. Over a period of 3 days, I have since sent 3 further emails. Apart from automated emails, I've had no formal response and / or confirmation of the cancellation. You can subscribe online, but Mediacast won't allow you to cancel online. Sharp / bad practice! I have phoned my bank, but it said, given the late notice, the money may still be taken from my account. I'm now expecting to see a transaction for $89.99 on my statement. If so, I will then need to spend / waste time, contacting the bank, in order to go through a disputes process : ( VERY POOR SERVICE. Update: Yes, the monies were withdrawn and I am now following the disputes process with my bank. I've also emailed Mediacast once more, asking them to reimburse the money - not surprisingly, they've ignored this email too!

UAI have been using MEDIACAST for a long time I have been using MEDIACAST for a long time and this is an amazing service. Excellent picture and sound quality, a lot of Ukrainian channels. It can be seen that the employees are trying to make a pleasant service for their customers. Thanks to the team and the service MEDIACAST from satisfied users
