GBPerfect for our Ukrainian guests in the UK (just contact support for setup) I've just registered for the free trial. I used the Firestick and at first none of the channels worked, but I just contacted support, who replied within a short time and they just changed the server required for use in the UK and it started working immediately. Lots of channels with a perfect reception. Definitely recommend as it will make our Ukrainian guests feel a lot more connected to home.

GBMediacast have made some Ukrainian guests very happy!! I had left a less complimentary review before, hence the edit, but Mediacast have now sorted out the problem for me. Very quickly in the end. They also phoned me when they saw I hadn’t read the email telling me how it was sorted out, which, considering the person who phoned is based in Ukraine in the middle of a war, is very impressive. I am very happy to report they are a good professional company. I had a problem with the Communication between the Mediacast app and the Amazon Firestick app that I used to subscribe. (I’m in the UK) The Amazon app didn’t tell the Mediacast app that I had paid. If you use a firestick to connect and it doesn’t work, contact Mediacast because it might be the same problem. My Ukrainian guests are delighted. Thanks.

USWould give 0 if I could Would give 0 if I could. If you want throw your money away, that’s one of the greatest chances to do. Horrible service and maintenance of the program. A lot, and I mean A LOT of channels doesn’t work as well it’s really small amount of channels they provide for that amount. Customer service respond quick but they don’t do anything, like at all to fix or solve problems, their response would be “ we are acknowledged of this issue “ so disappointed and stressed because of this streaming service
