Great people, quality repairs! I have used several different rebuild shops over the past 10 years, then tried Palmer Johnson 4 years ago. Mike and Melissa are very professional and helpful anytime I call. I am a very demanding customer with tight schedules on most projects and they have never let me down. Palmer Johnson was the only company… Palmer Johnson was the only company willing to listen to our concerns about a part that was not produced any longer. They had the knowledge and resources to find vendors that could reproduce this part for us. We recently received the finished product, and keep our fleet in the trenches.

Great service Called ahead and spoke with Mike who explained their process. I delivered our transmission to their Olathe location and was treated with great service. They called with their estimate after they had dismantled the transmission and it was right on the original estimate prior to taking the transmission to them. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
