Sales / Service did great Sales / Service staff dug into our failed PTO very quickly, quoted us a new unit after determining it was beyond saving, and could have had it in our hands from the States in only a few days. Was very impressed. The sale never ended up going through, as the pump OEM that used this PTO system ended up having 4x spares on the shelf I could get at a better inter-company rate, but I'll for sure be back if we need any other repairs or sales to these units in the future.

Parts Department did fabulous work We contacted Palmer Johnson with very little information on the gear box and parts we were in need of. The parts guys was able to take what little details we could provide and track down everything we needed. Once the parts were ordered and we tore into the unit, all the internal part numbers matched perfect with the replacement parts ordered.

Your service via Susan and Kelly was…above and beyond "the call to duty". Your service via Susan and Kelly was tremendous and sincerely appreciated. Both of them provided us service support over the Thanksgiving holiday! Susan drove to the shop to help load out the recent unit we bought via RELAM and helped the driver get accustomed to the unit. Kelly also came to the shop to deal with a frozen air line. The driver took it to Laredo, Texas for export into Mexico.
