Great service Called ahead and spoke with Mike who explained their process. I delivered our transmission to their Olathe location and was treated with great service. They called with their estimate after they had dismantled the transmission and it was right on the original estimate prior to taking the transmission to them. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

The parts guys was able to take what little details we could provide and track down everything we needed. Once the parts were ordered and we tore into the unit, all the internal part numbers matched perfect with the replacement parts ordered.

Both of them provided us service support over the Thanksgiving holiday! Susan drove to the shop to help load out the recent unit we bought via RELAM and helped the driver get accustomed to the unit. Kelly also came to the shop to deal with a frozen air line. The driver took it to Laredo, Texas for export into Mexico.
