When we did make a mistake in the admin portion, it was quickly fixed! We could have made our wedding ceremony a bit more fancier, but that was our choice. Great experience Great experience. Only reason for four stars is because a strange man in a car, I believe from the next ceremony, showed up mid way through unexpectedly. We were all kind of confused as to who he was and why he was there. Also, our officiant's video was a little choppy, so we had to ask her to repeat herself a few times. Outside of that, everyone was great all around. Process was easy, ceremony was exactly the way we wanted it, and everyone was helpful and friendly. Would recommend for sure.
