Wonderful experience even though there was a time miscommunication Courtly made it very easy to fill out paperwork and have everything ready for our big day. There was a slight misunderstand with the time, I had set it for 10:30 am pacific time and courtly had set it for 9:30 am mountain time. They did send me an email and it did say mountain time, however I figured they may have not written that correctly since I did specify 10:30 pacific time. I set it for that time because the Portuguese translator was available until 11am so I thought 10:30 was perfect time. I ended up calling and I was a little upset, but she stopped what she was doing immediately and called us within 5 minutes to do the ceremony so I think they still deserve 5 stars even though there was a mix up, they only other thing I am a little disappointed about is that the ceremony wasn’t recorded because she had to do it from her phone away from the office, but I am still happy with the outcome. I am now married to my love and I couldn’t be happier

We were first a bit cautious at first… We were first a bit cautious at first for any type of online wedding, but it turned out great! For those who are living in Saudi Arabia, and wondering if this is ok, then i can ensure it is since Saudi is part of the Haque convention and the apostille is accepted. We had the ceremony and received our certificate within 2 weeks. The apostille was received within 3 weeks. The service was just as we requested and hoped for and therefore its a definite "Recommended" from our side!

So far so good! So far so good! We haven’t received our marriage certificate in the post yet but it’s only been 5 days. The whole process from start to finish was really simple and efficient. When we did make a mistake in the admin portion, it was quickly fixed! We could have made our wedding ceremony a bit more fancier, but that was our choice. I would highly recommend using these guys, their customer service is excellent!!
