The Seller contacted me to clarify my order, and the chip and keyfob came quickly, with no problems! Seller has a nice variety of chips and ways to wear them or have as a keepsake! Very pleased with the product and the customer service! There was a glitch in my delivery and I reached out by email (as it's recommended to do) to the owner, John Gall, with my concern that a medallion I ordered would not arrive in time for my sponsee's anniversary date. I got a quick response and explanation that it was likely an error on USPS' part and to give it 1-2 days. I was reassured I'd receive replacement tokens if necessary. Sure enough, he was right, and the medallions arrived the next day - the actual day they were scheduled to arrive. Shipping was quick and the the medallions are as described. I ordered the Antique Reflex Dusty Blue and the Reflex Glow In The Dark Gold Plated White Sobriety medallion. Very happy with the quality of both. I'll be back for more!
