Total trash experience Total trash experience. If you need absolutely nothing done, just a random address to hide behind then this may be helpful for you. Otherwise the service is terrible and very unhelpful. We just had a random box delivered to them and they refused to take photos of the box for us- which is supposed to be included in the service. They claimed they already took photos of the box which was completely UNTRUE. They took photos of the label. We could not see at all what the box was or who it was from or anything else. To get it forwarded to us would have cost between 50 and $450 . Explain please how this is a useful service if they can't even act as your remote mailbox as they claim to, and won't even send you a photo of a package you received?? I expect to get some sort of response claiming some abstract defense- but this is the facts of what happened and their service is terrible. We're with them for some time and have rarely asked for anything . When we one time need something they are completely unhelpful.

The best part of my experience was getting a live person to answer my call. The best part of my experience with PhysicalAddress.com was the help I received from Nicole! She was kind, caring and patient with me answering all my questions. She went above and beyond in providing the assistance I needed when I experienced technical difficulties. Post-Set Up/Initial Review I have only just started using this service, so I can’t tell you anything for the long run. I can say the employees were kind and knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had when setting up everything. There is a form that needs to be done prior to their ability to process your mail, and just as promised, they printed it and filled it out with me at the location (so long as I had the two forms of identification). My account was active later that day.
