She was kind, caring and patient with me answering all my questions. She went above and beyond in providing the assistance I needed when I experienced technical difficulties. Post-Set Up/Initial Review I have only just started using this service, so I can’t tell you anything for the long run. I can say the employees were kind and knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had when setting up everything. There is a form that needs to be done prior to their ability to process your mail, and just as promised, they printed it and filled it out with me at the location (so long as I had the two forms of identification). My account was active later that day.

Way Better than Anytime Mailbox I am terribly sorry my last review was a mistake, Physical Address is a great mailbox provider! My issue was with Anytime Mailbox not Physical Address. I left Anytime Mailbox because of issues with their partners closing on short notice and me having to rearrange our mailing, and mistakenly wrote my review of them here instead! Again Physical Address is great sorry for the confusion!
