Kinks & Quirks immediately emailed a return label attached to their emailed response to my question (comment about the first product). I put it in the mail and a new one was already on the way to me. They added a nice note. K&Q honestly cares about their customers and the customer experience & will go above and beyond to help you find/get exactly what you want.

DEGot twice no reply at all Got twice no reply at all! Ordered from Europe. Just send me free gift brooches as a normal brooch in their erstwilder lucky dip offer 2 for 1. So I saved nothing, betrayal. Won’t buy again! Before I asked for shipping status, cause it was stacked for days (unusually). Again no reply. That’s not a good costumer service!

AUGreat Customer Service Great customer service from Quirks who immediately rectified a problem with delivery of my order and gave me a little gift to compensate. Good range of Erstwilder my preferred brand. Living overseas from USA parcels do take a bit longer to arrive but be patient it will get there.
