GBI tried to make a payment using PayPal… I tried to make a payment using PayPal and staff basically blew me off when I complained that it was not an option presented to me at payment time as I was purchasing a pre-order for Halloween. It was desirable to pay over six months.

DEGot twice no reply at all Got twice no reply at all! Ordered from Europe. Just send me free gift brooches as a normal brooch in their erstwilder lucky dip offer 2 for 1. So I saved nothing, betrayal. Won’t buy again! Before I asked for shipping status, cause it was stacked for days (unusually). Again no reply. That’s not a good costumer service!

GBCaring & Easy Exchange Needs to exchange because the product wasn’t exactly what I wanted, and it was quick and easy. Kinks & Quirks immediately emailed a return label attached to their emailed response to my question (comment about the first product). I put it in the mail and a new one was already on the way to me. They added a nice note. K&Q honestly cares about their customers and the customer experience & will go above and beyond to help you find/get exactly what you want.

AUGreat Customer Service Great customer service from Quirks who immediately rectified a problem with delivery of my order and gave me a little gift to compensate. Good range of Erstwilder my preferred brand. Living overseas from USA parcels do take a bit longer to arrive but be patient it will get there.

CANumerous Orders - All 5 Star Rated I have ordered several Lori Mitchell figurines from Quirks including a “pre-order” item. Everything has been excellent - prompt shipping, items have been well packaged, and once I had an inquiry about an item that I emailed them about, and they replied instantly. I would highly recommend dealing with Quirks - they also stay in touch regularly with great emails.
