Won’t buy again! Before I asked for shipping status, cause it was stacked for days (unusually). Again no reply. That’s not a good costumer service!

Caring & Easy Exchange Needs to exchange because the product wasn’t exactly what I wanted, and it was quick and easy. Kinks & Quirks immediately emailed a return label attached to their emailed response to my question (comment about the first product). I put it in the mail and a new one was already on the way to me. Great Customer Service Great customer service from Quirks who immediately rectified a problem with delivery of my order and gave me a little gift to compensate. Good range of Erstwilder my preferred brand. Living overseas from USA parcels do take a bit longer to arrive but be patient it will get there.
