Ordering from Germany: Everything went great! At first I was hesitant to order as I couldn’t figure out where the signs were made and the prices seemed too good to be true, to be honest. I then ordered via email and we had a quite long exchange about the specific details of my custom order. The replies came always quickly and they even offered a wonderful discount to match my budget. My sign arrived yesterday after only ten days and it‘s beyond perfect! Great craftsmanship and it even came with a German plug. Couldn‘t be more satisfied. I paid with PayPal. I recommend!

Neon looks amazing!! Neon looks great and I was thrilled they could recreate someone else’s design. Loved working with them to get just the design I wanted. Kept in contact and very customer focused. It was incredibly quickly completed and delivered without damage to the neon piece. Should have just screwed it into the wall instead of trying to use the plastic anchors. Sign didn’t work. Sign didn’t work. There is no way to contact the company other than email. They basically responded and asked what the issues were. They ghosted me thereafter and neither responded or tried to make it right.
