They were able to put together multiple designs for me and changed the colors as often as I wanted until I was ready to order. They made and shipped in a very timely manner. Great product quality, customer service, and shipping Final product was exactly what I described in my order. The writing is clear, the lights are super bright, and the backing isn’t flimsy at all Customer service was excellent, they sent an initial draft (within 24 hours of ordering) and allowed me to revise it to look exactly how I envisioned it. Shipping was approximately 8 business days to Canada. I did have to pay import fees (~27 dollars) but I didn’t mind because the sign itself was very well priced for the quality and the shipping was fast. All in all, a trustworthy company making high quality products.
