Good service I just received my sign for my partner’s outdoor bar area and I couldn’t be any happier! Fantastic quality, awesome communication and really quick delivery!! I’m not an ‘online shopper’ but after seeing all the positive reviews, I decided to take my chances with this seller. So glad I did! I designed my own sign so needed to speak with the seller to work out sizing, colour, lettering etc and each reply was almost immediate. I’ll post a photo of it set up in my kitchen.

Fantastic Product and Service I ordered a sign and it came out better than I could have imagined! The font and color are beautiful, and I love the remote control and dimmer functionality. I was a little nervous that it wouldn’t get here in time since I ordered it a little over three weeks before our wedding, but, despite having to be shipped internationally, it arrived fairly fast. I’m so glad I ordered this for our reception and can’t wait to see how it looks when it’s all set up. I would recommend to everyone!

Neon looks amazing!! Neon looks great and I was thrilled they could recreate someone else’s design. Loved working with them to get just the design I wanted. Kept in contact and very customer focused. It was incredibly quickly completed and delivered without damage to the neon piece. Should have just screwed it into the wall instead of trying to use the plastic anchors. Product came in exactly as designed Product came in exactly as designed, lit up great, 3 different light levels. Came in a very protective carton. My customer was delighted! This was my second sign ordered from HDI. Courteous online communication!

Sign didn’t work. Sign didn’t work. There is no way to contact the company other than email. They basically responded and asked what the issues were. They ghosted me thereafter and neither responded or tried to make it right.
