When she called to cancel she was told it was beyond the "cut off date" and it would be shipped anyway. Our understanding was we would be billed for another 2 weeks. The credit card was billed $158.83 for 8 weeks of food she could not use. The pet's table refused to make any allowance for this. I would never do business with them.
