Good food is only as good as the customer service … The food is fine my Dog loves it which is great where they fail is customer service they have no way to add bags of food to your order. They have no way to correct an order if missing food you just go without. They can’t use credits if you are on any kind of promotional deal basically they can’t do anything to satisfy customers needs

My dog loves the beef and berries recipe! I received a trial box of all the foods which is incredible since my dog is very picky and I wanted to try all the foods before ordering a box. Although he wasn't crazy about the wet food (sorry!) he loves the gently air-dried beef and berries recipe. I can't tell you how many foods we've tried but we have finally found one he enjoys.

Finally! Your site makes it easy to order and make changes. Most importantly, I have finally found an air dried food my dog continues to eat! I have tried so many different foods (both fresh and air dried) and this is the only one my dog has continue to eat.
