Excellent Customer Support! I needed to change my Standard Package to a Constellation Package, realizing my mistake a few minutes after making the purchase. The whole upgrading experience was seamless. I contacted someone through the service chat on their website, and the customer service person, Aaron immediately put my order on hold and asked me to email customer support to change my order. Got a reply the next day, had my star reassigned to a constellation and paid the difference!

Great look and after purchase customer service Bought the best package x6 for a deceased relatives family members. Turned out amazing, looked great with amazing packaging. Had a minor issue but customer service had it fixed and shipped out and to me like 2 maybe 3 days later. Im very happy with the gift box and the frame and everything. Just looked really nice for packaging and presentation for giving.
