Excellent Customer Support! I needed to change my Standard Package to a Constellation Package, realizing my mistake a few minutes after making the purchase. The whole upgrading experience was seamless. I contacted someone through the service chat on their website, and the customer service person, Aaron immediately put my order on hold and asked me to email customer support to change my order. Got a reply the next day, had my star reassigned to a constellation and paid the difference!

Star Worthy! It was bought for my Brother (Jim… It was bought for my Brother (Jim Richards) who had just received the Order of Canada membership. I was not sure what he was going to think about it but he Loved It! He said it was a very thoughtful gift. Perfect! I love the concept. I love the concept.. however I purchased one for a friend for her beloved pet that passed and it is located in the southern portion vs the northern where we live.. so she is unable to see his star at this time. I am hoping at some point we will be able to locate this star for her dog Jamie .
