Good graphic design and pretty good customer service, fair print quality, frame was awful The graphic design is pretty good and is the reason for getting 3 stars instead of less, not as sharp as in photos on the website. Customer service was responsive when I had a question. Ordered the frame for an extra 15 dollars- highly recommend getting your own frame at a real store. It was basically a cheap scratched up piece of plastic, now in the trash and I need to go to the store to buy a frame.

Great look and after purchase customer service Bought the best package x6 for a deceased relatives family members. Turned out amazing, looked great with amazing packaging. Had a minor issue but customer service had it fixed and shipped out and to me like 2 maybe 3 days later. Im very happy with the gift box and the frame and everything. Just looked really nice for packaging and presentation for giving.

Customer Service was absolutely… Customer Service was absolutely Outstanding! Quick responses to emails and the finished product is worth more than the reasonable prices. I will purchase from them in the future for birthdays. Highly recommended!
