The star name was supposed to be with… The star name was supposed to be with some special characters I added to it… in the preview diploma they added them. Now I that I’ve got it, it doesn’t have those special characters… look boring and dull… I’ll never use your service again… terrible experience

I was having trouble locating my star… I was having trouble locating my star package and decided to email the linked comment box. They were very quick in response and helpful when I asked questions. Definitely a pleasant suprise from the usual lackluster responses from other websites!

It was a great experience It was a great experience to get to name a star for a dear friend that passed on. We can now look up at the night sky and have them look back at us.

Star Worthy! It was bought for my Brother (Jim… It was bought for my Brother (Jim Richards) who had just received the Order of Canada membership. I was not sure what he was going to think about it but he Loved It! He said it was a very thoughtful gift. Perfect! Thank you for making the process so easy and having very easy ways of tracking His Star.

Good graphic design and pretty good customer service, fair print quality, frame was awful The graphic design is pretty good and is the reason for getting 3 stars instead of less, not as sharp as in photos on the website. Customer service was responsive when I had a question. Ordered the frame for an extra 15 dollars- highly recommend getting your own frame at a real store. It was basically a cheap scratched up piece of plastic, now in the trash and I need to go to the store to buy a frame.
