I love the concept. I love the concept.. however I purchased one for a friend for her beloved pet that passed and it is located in the southern portion vs the northern where we live.. so she is unable to see his star at this time. I am hoping at some point we will be able to locate this star for her dog Jamie .

Great look and after purchase customer service Bought the best package x6 for a deceased relatives family members. Turned out amazing, looked great with amazing packaging. Had a minor issue but customer service had it fixed and shipped out and to me like 2 maybe 3 days later. Im very happy with the gift box and the frame and everything. Just looked really nice for packaging and presentation for giving.

My order got damaged and was delivered… My order got damaged and was delivered damaged they help me by resending the order which i was extremely happy since it was a birthday gift I’ve ordered twice from them this is the first one that was damaged I think it got wet on a delivery truck they just didn’t say anything they also reply pretty quick I love ordering from them
