GUI was having trouble locating my star… I was having trouble locating my star package and decided to email the linked comment box. They were very quick in response and helpful when I asked questions. Definitely a pleasant suprise from the usual lackluster responses from other websites!

GBI love the concept. I love the concept.. however I purchased one for a friend for her beloved pet that passed and it is located in the southern portion vs the northern where we live.. so she is unable to see his star at this time. I am hoping at some point we will be able to locate this star for her dog Jamie .

SGExcellent Customer Support! I needed to change my Standard Package to a Constellation Package, realizing my mistake a few minutes after making the purchase. The whole upgrading experience was seamless. I contacted someone through the service chat on their website, and the customer service person, Aaron immediately put my order on hold and asked me to email customer support to change my order. Got a reply the next day, had my star reassigned to a constellation and paid the difference!

GBMy order got damaged and was delivered… My order got damaged and was delivered damaged they help me by resending the order which i was extremely happy since it was a birthday gift I’ve ordered twice from them this is the first one that was damaged I think it got wet on a delivery truck they just didn’t say anything they also reply pretty quick I love ordering from them
