SGExcellent Customer Support! I needed to change my Standard Package to a Constellation Package, realizing my mistake a few minutes after making the purchase. The whole upgrading experience was seamless. I contacted someone through the service chat on their website, and the customer service person, Aaron immediately put my order on hold and asked me to email customer support to change my order. Got a reply the next day, had my star reassigned to a constellation and paid the difference!

GBGood graphic design and pretty good customer service, fair print quality, frame was awful The graphic design is pretty good and is the reason for getting 3 stars instead of less, not as sharp as in photos on the website. Customer service was responsive when I had a question. Ordered the frame for an extra 15 dollars- highly recommend getting your own frame at a real store. It was basically a cheap scratched up piece of plastic, now in the trash and I need to go to the store to buy a frame.

GBI love the concept. I love the concept.. however I purchased one for a friend for her beloved pet that passed and it is located in the southern portion vs the northern where we live.. so she is unable to see his star at this time. I am hoping at some point we will be able to locate this star for her dog Jamie .

The star name was supposed to be with… The star name was supposed to be with some special characters I added to it… in the preview diploma they added them. Now I that I’ve got it, it doesn’t have those special characters… look boring and dull… I’ll never use your service again… terrible experience
