If the space for you name is left… If the space for you name is left blank, why not contact the customer instead of sending your "mock up" . You show s beautiful sign holder, if you visit other sites that sells the name signs, they do not depict them with a sign holder. I was offered no refund, no consideration. As I stated in my initial comment, they are more "robotic" than customer oriented. There are many others with lovely signs and also with sign holders. Beware or this company.

As a professional Sign Contractor As a professional Sign Contractor, I scrutinize signage more so than perhaps the typical consumer. I rate the project with ***** 5 Stars. Quality of materials is appropriate for the application. Paint finish is beautiful. Route file is spot on as the holes are correctly aligned for mounting. Packaging was done correctly because the product arrived undamaged. BRAVO! A job well done and the timing of it all was within industry standards if not a tad bit ahead. I would recommend purchasing products from this company.

Absolutely perfect Absolutely perfect. My father in law had always wanted a Navy hat, so I had to give him one better. He ABSOLUTELY loves his hat and we even got a history lesson about the ship he served on. The craftsmanship is perfect. I would definitely recommend you company to everyone.

Awesome product! Great product! My design came out amazing! After a few emails with a customer service rep we were able to get a proof of what I was looking for. The only reason why I gave it a four star, unexpected name on PayPal when making payment brought me concern that the company was not legitimate. However, the product is amazing.

The Good,The Bad and the ugly. The Good: the design and the communication with where my sign was in production and shipping. The Bad : poorly packaged for shipping. The damage that was done has left a corner completely folded over and left the upper mounting hole structurally compromised. There is a gouge left on the front letter.
