Awesome product! Great product! My design came out amazing! After a few emails with a customer service rep we were able to get a proof of what I was looking for. The only reason why I gave it a four star, unexpected name on PayPal when making payment brought me concern that the company was not legitimate. However, the product is amazing.

The Good,The Bad and the ugly. The Good: the design and the communication with where my sign was in production and shipping. The Bad : poorly packaged for shipping. The damage that was done has left a corner completely folded over and left the upper mounting hole structurally compromised. There is a gouge left on the front letter.

I ordered 2 items 3 months ago and still nothing I ordered 3 products months back and some how they got lost in transport. Took me awhile to get any response from Pamotee and instead of putting a rush on my order they just offered me a discount on another item if I were to order. Here we are three months in and paid the bill in full when I ordered way back when and still haven't received a new tracking number or no updates on my two items.

Excellent personalized steel cut wall decor I was very pleased with my steel cut-out wall decor. Item was of drummer playing drums, steel cut with black powder coating. I like that it was personalized to reflect the name of the person to whom I was gifting it. Order was received in the time frame as promised. Very pleased overall. Will order again from this company.

Wonderful gift Wonderful gift. The sign turned out great. Had a little problem with one of the words part of the area was not punched out. Was in communication with customer service. Fast response time and great communication. Resolved the issue and would most definitely purchase from them again. This is my second sign. I can't say enough about the quality and customer service.
