Unique and special doormat The personalization on the doormat was excellent ! Exactly as how I expected. Very pleased with that part. The rug was a good size, however the doormat was bit thinner than I would have liked. But it works . Overall I am very pleased with the product, from order to delivery. Thank you

Product washes poorly. EDIT: I had to email the address from the comment below a few times and edit my comment but got a response and replacement for my tshirt. I’m going to hand wash this one rather than risk washing it in the machine. Ordered a t-shirt with my kitten on it that I absolutely adored. I washed it according to the instructions and big cracks/lines have appeared in the design. I was sent an email asking to review them, and contacted customer service to flag up there was an issue with my T-shirt after washing and I would rather raise it directly and privately instead of publicly reviewing them. No one got back to me after a couple of weeks. Disappointing because the T-shirt itself it so cool and I paid extra for the premium one.

Amazing shirt! I ordered mid Jan when there was a sale on, I was weary due to reviews I’d read on here as to how the shirt would look when it came and how delivery would be as I knew it was coming from America and I live in England. I got a customised shirt with my dog on, it was straight forward to do as you can preview how it will look! Delivery was really quick and I couldn’t believe how cool the shirt looked when it came. I love it and have had an all round great experience, will definitely use again!

No response from company. Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and have received no info about shipping or tracking. They have ignored 3 emails. The order # isn't found when searching the site. Seems like a scam. Update: item received as described. It was within 24hrs of writing this review and filing a dispute that I got an email with tracking info.
