GBCustomer service will ghost you Ordered 2 custom shirts based on the size chart on their website. The shirts I got were several inches off of the sizing chart. Contacted customer service. They only replaced 1 of the shirts and it had the exact same sizing issue. So now I have 3 shirts that don't fit the ppl I bought them for. I contacted customer service again asking for a refund and was ghosted. They don't take returns otherwise I would have sent them back. Complete rip off at $30 per shirt.

GBCustomer service is an absolute ZERO Customer service is an absolute ZERO. I reached out MINUTES after my order was placed because it had the wrong delivery address. Sent multiple emails and sent a message through the contact us portal. I asked them to cancel my order if it couldn’t be changed. I reached out in the middle of a business day and didn’t get a response until the early hours of the weekend that my order has been shipped and nothing they can do. I’ll never do business again and I’ll make sure to share all over my social media platforms.

GBUnique and special doormat The personalization on the doormat was excellent ! Exactly as how I expected. Very pleased with that part. The rug was a good size, however the doormat was bit thinner than I would have liked. But it works . Overall I am very pleased with the product, from order to delivery. Thank you

GBNo response from company. Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and have received no info about shipping or tracking. They have ignored 3 emails. The order # isn't found when searching the site. Seems like a scam. Update: item received as described. It was within 24hrs of writing this review and filing a dispute that I got an email with tracking info.
