Scammed? Or just bad luck? Ordered early December and originally had quick customer service when I wanted to send brighter versions of my initial pictures. Said it was shipped on the 13th but has been stuck at "shipping label printed, USPS Awaiting Item" for almost 2 weeks now. Sent an email to customer service after 1 week and never heard back so I submitted a ticket through the website and never heard back for that one either. Very frustrating since the label was printed in Texas, which is the same state I live in so I thought it'd get to me quickly but it still hasn't and will not be here for Christmas despite me ordering before the "get it by christmas" date. Unsure if I'll ever get this shirt or if I was scammed. At this point I just want to know if I'm getting the shirt or not. Holiday delays are understandable but no other packages from other places I've ordered this month had any of these issues and were here in a timely matter - even items from China. Wish me luck for ever getting a response.

Customer service is an absolute ZERO Customer service is an absolute ZERO. I reached out MINUTES after my order was placed because it had the wrong delivery address. Sent multiple emails and sent a message through the contact us portal. I asked them to cancel my order if it couldn’t be changed. I reached out in the middle of a business day and didn’t get a response until the early hours of the weekend that my order has been shipped and nothing they can do. I’ll never do business again and I’ll make sure to share all over my social media platforms.

This company did a fantastic job! This company did a fantastic job with my pup’s magazine covers! They send you a proof before you order to make sure it looks like what you want. It’s very quick, easy to place order, cost is great and arrived in timely fashion. There are other companies out there doing the same thing but I totally recommend this one! Everyone loves the posters! Thank you!
