THProduct washes poorly. EDIT: I had to email the address from the comment below a few times and edit my comment but got a response and replacement for my tshirt. I’m going to hand wash this one rather than risk washing it in the machine. Ordered a t-shirt with my kitten on it that I absolutely adored. I washed it according to the instructions and big cracks/lines have appeared in the design. I was sent an email asking to review them, and contacted customer service to flag up there was an issue with my T-shirt after washing and I would rather raise it directly and privately instead of publicly reviewing them. No one got back to me after a couple of weeks. Disappointing because the T-shirt itself it so cool and I paid extra for the premium one.

GBCustomer service will ghost you Ordered 2 custom shirts based on the size chart on their website. The shirts I got were several inches off of the sizing chart. Contacted customer service. They only replaced 1 of the shirts and it had the exact same sizing issue. So now I have 3 shirts that don't fit the ppl I bought them for. I contacted customer service again asking for a refund and was ghosted. They don't take returns otherwise I would have sent them back. Complete rip off at $30 per shirt.

GBGot charged never got confirmation email Emailed them twice heard nothing back never got an order confirmation number. I have ordered from them before no problems. Got charged over $60 for 2 shirts that I needed for Christmas which I ordered within there time frame to receive for Christmas and have heard nothing very dissapointed. I'm hoping they have my order and they are just backed up. Sucks the first shirt I got was perfect I really hope I get these shirts. UPDATE finally emailed me and said they had no order with my name or email, fortunantly was able to pull up my internet history and found tracking but then what the heck did they send me if they have no order information? At this point I want a full refund I have no shirts for Christmas and overpaid for something that isn't here on time and crappy customer service. 100% will not be purchasing from them again will take my buisness elsewhere.
