GBHappy With My Purchase and CubeBik's Desire for Customer Satisfaction I ordered from CubeBik a 15 ounce coffee mug with a quote from Thomas Sowell. It arrived via the USPS about a week or so later in perfect condition in a small box that had a pre-formed plastic protective device. CubeBik from its communications make it clear that they are genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction, which includes follow-ups as to how satisfied I was, offering future discounts, and encouraging me to rate my experience. Based on that, I am open to ordering more merchandise from them and hope they add a greater variety of Thomas Sowell quote mugs to their website for purchases.
