CAOrdered almost 2 months ago… Ordered almost 2 months ago and still have not received. Not one single answer to my emails inquiring either. I am excited to get the product and my son will be thrilled, but customer service, response time and shipping have been not great.

USI had a very poor experience with your… I had a very poor experience with your company. I did not give you a five star rating, i give you a negative experience. I have tried to contact you several times. This package arrived today, with no sheets, none, zip, zero. THERE WAS A BEDSPREAD, AND 2 PILLOW CASES!!!!! I ordered a set of queen size sheets with 2 pillow cases. PLEASE SEND THIS TO YOUR COMPLAINT DEPT. Doris Martinson

USWho dat!!!! The Saints shoes I ordered was beautifully designed, my husband was extremely impressed with it. He put it on and said it was very comfortable. I’m so glad I made the right choice in buying those shoes.I will gladly get something else to buy from y’all in the future.

USI didn't receive my order before… I didn't receive my order before Christmas when it stated it was shipped on December 8th (that's when the USPS label was printed). The description stated comforter but the package was the size of a large envelope which it ended up being a comforter cover, very disappointing!! I have requested a return but first they want me to send a picture of my return. Wouldn't they know what was ordered and sent to me? Of all the online shopping I did for Christmas, this was the only thing that didn't arrive on time. I will not be ordering from them again and hopefully will not have a problem returning it.

USDO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS! **DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!** I placed an order that was supposed to be a Christmas gift from them weeks ago but I still haven’t received it. I only ordered it because it was promised to be delivered before Christmas. They also stated that they would send me a picture of what the finished, customized product would look like, but they never did that either. When I emailed customer service asking what the status of my order was, they sent me a picture of a tracking number stating, “ Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 7:22 pm on December 16, 2022 in COMPTON, CA 90220. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date”, this status has been the same for over 2 weeks now. “WHERES MY ORDER??!!??”
