DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS! **DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!** I placed an order that was supposed to be a Christmas gift from them weeks ago but I still haven’t received it. I only ordered it because it was promised to be delivered before Christmas. They also stated that they would send me a picture of what the finished, customized product would look like, but they never did that either. When I emailed customer service asking what the status of my order was, they sent me a picture of a tracking number stating, “ Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 7:22 pm on December 16, 2022 in COMPTON, CA 90220. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date”, this status has been the same for over 2 weeks now. “WHERES MY ORDER??!!??”

The comforter should be marketed as a… The comforter should be marketed as a light quilt because that is what it is. The pics looked like it was a plushy fabric but I’m in fact I believe it is just quilted polyester. I would say it is not worth the $100+ price tag with exchange and postage except my granddaughter absolutely loves it. The customization with her initials make it twice as nice. Thank you.

Waste of money The comforter is thinner than a sheet. Very disappointed and a waste of money. I would never recommend to purchase this for anyone. Very dissatisfied!!!!!

I liked the bedspread alright I liked the bedspread alright. But thought it was a “quilt” as described. It was made out of material like a sheet.

Your company made a beautiful puzzle… Your company made a beautiful puzzle with my husband's name on it. We love puzzles and to have that personal touch was amazing. It's so hard to find anything with a beautiful lion on it, and this company delivered. The puzzle came with quick shipping and all the pieces were there. I love it
