I only ordered it because it was promised to be delivered before Christmas. They also stated that they would send me a picture of what the finished, customized product would look like, but they never did that either. When I emailed customer service asking what the status of my order was, they sent me a picture of a tracking number stating, “ Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 7:22 pm on December 16, 2022 in COMPTON, CA 90220. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date”, this status has been the same for over 2 weeks now. “WHERES MY ORDER??!!??”

Misleading advertising Misleading advertising and deceptive language in the ordering process. My girlfriend received 12 x 16 poster instead of the canvas print I was lead to believe she would be receiving. It was extremely embarrassed as to what she received. It looks like something I could have just created myself on any program. The customer service said it was my fault and all the could do is offer me a discount on my next order , which they do when checking out every time. Will never recommend and have told people to be weary of this company. Buyer beware!!!
