I ordered a family decal about a month ago. I ordered a family decal for the window for the Fall. All 8 of the grandkids names and the 3 dog names were on the pumpkins and we are in the middle of September and no correspondence if it has been shipped or tracking information. I'm pretty sure that I wont be getting the decal or my money back$$$$$.

Bakven sends me a email that I need to send them 12 more dollars for shipping. I gave them the right address to mail, they said it came back to them. All I want is my ornaments.
