I reached out to change the address on two boxes and Mildred helped me get it updated, even though it was super close (sorry!) to the ship date. Best Unique Gift I love amazing clubs my dad loves different kinds of cheeses so I got him the cheese package and he got so excited every time there was a delivery. I got a dog biscuit package for my in-laws because they love their dogs more than anything. I recently had an issue with an order and Mildred helped fix the problem right away.

Called in for reason for skipped delivery I called with a concern about why our monthly delivery hadn't arrived and April pulled up my account, confirmed my info, and explained the delay (severe weather where product is sourced) within seconds. April was polite, super-efficient, well-spoken and very pleasant to deal with! I must have inadvertently deleted the email giving us the heads-up about the delay, but April sorted it out in record time.
