GBCalled in for reason for skipped delivery I called with a concern about why our monthly delivery hadn't arrived and April pulled up my account, confirmed my info, and explained the delay (severe weather where product is sourced) within seconds. April was polite, super-efficient, well-spoken and very pleasant to deal with! I must have inadvertently deleted the email giving us the heads-up about the delay, but April sorted it out in record time.

CASending Flowers to My Mom I have been sending fruit/flowers to my mother for about 4 years via Amazing Clubs and have never had an issue with deliveries. My mom always tells me how long the flowers last and how beautiful they are. I was speaking with her last night, and she asked if she was still supposed to be getting flowers as she has not received any for a long time. When I contacted support, I spoke to Mildred who was very pleasant and helpful and hopefully my mom will be getting her flowers by the end of April as scheduled. I would like to thank Mildred for how she helped me today. I am also in customer service/sales and would want people like Mildred on my team. I don't see my mom very often as we're 1000's of miles apart but I know she thinks about me when the flowers from Amazing Clubs arrive. Thank you for this service and to Mildred for helping me.
