Follow up on free shipping I love shopping for events at efavormart. The pricing is always reasonable however free shipping very seldom arrives by the date quoted. My last order was the last time I will ever do free shipping unless I order months in advance. I ordered 3 weeks in advance and 3 days before the event my order was showing as partially shipped. I called and they really did a great job redeeming themselves by shipping the remaining items next day. I ended up with a broken hurricane lamp and didn’t have time to exchange it but you live and learn. I am still awaiting a response on replacing my hurricane lamp.

Polyester Linens Are Perfect White tablecloths and blush color of napkins were spot-on from the photos and they arrived right on time! They were well made and washed/dried just fine in my washer/dryer at home.

5 Star company!!!! The quality of all items I purchased were exceptional. The price point on all items - even with exchange- was exceptional. Additionally, I received a personal phone call from the warehouse when a shipping delay occurred. They expedited accordingly for this oversight which is just above and beyond customer service.

The crinkle tablecloths are my absolute… The crinkle tablecloths are my absolute favorite! They are easy to clean and don’t need steaming; just a quick dryer cycle and tada! I will get more colors in this fabric! My event looked fabulous!

I purchased 5 times this month from… I purchased 5 times this month from them .I bought beautiful disposable plates in 3 sizes napkins ,napkin rings ,favors EVERYTHING was better the expected ! I miss handled a product and it was broken. I repurchased it then reached out to there customer service ,asking begging if it be mailed out right away as I was down to 6 days before the event .
