I tried to return thredishonest Companye items on their… I tried to return three items on their website. It says no hassle returns. They expected me to pay more money to ship the item back then the item was worth-- they tell you to keep the merchandise and they will give you six dollar credit but then they will charge you over six dollars for shipping. They are not an honest company and their products are very low quality. I do not recommend anybody purchasing anything from this company. Whatever you buy is yours whether you like it or not because they will charge you more than the item is worth to get a return label beware and go elsewhere!!!!

Polyester Linens Are Perfect White tablecloths and blush color of napkins were spot-on from the photos and they arrived right on time! They were well made and washed/dried just fine in my washer/dryer at home.

Follow up on free shipping I love shopping for events at efavormart. The pricing is always reasonable however free shipping very seldom arrives by the date quoted. My last order was the last time I will ever do free shipping unless I order months in advance. I ordered 3 weeks in advance and 3 days before the event my order was showing as partially shipped. I called and they really did a great job redeeming themselves by shipping the remaining items next day. I ended up with a broken hurricane lamp and didn’t have time to exchange it but you live and learn. I am still awaiting a response on replacing my hurricane lamp.
