Great communication and wonderful product I purchased some beautiful blue bottles. I specified the dates I hoped to receive them, and because they would not arrive by that date, they called to confirm that I still wanted them and that the expected delivery date would be ok. I have never had a company follow through that thoroughly before. I'm impressed, and will absolutely purchase from you in the future.

STUNNED! An old mercury Pottery Barn candlestick was accidentally broken. They no longer carried it - Found the Luna Bazaar and was able to replace the exact candlestick. As a caterer, I use these in numerous tablescapes. Their shipping was quick. No need for customer service as my order was filled in 3 days. Their products are top quality. Will definitely be back. Infact, think i have already sent in another order.

Excellent experience! Needed a small perfume bottle. Luna Bazaar had a large selection and wide variety from which to choose. Price and shipping costs were reasonable. My bottle arrived in a timely way and was very securely packaged. The bottle was of good quality, exactly as described and suited my needs perfectly. Without hesitation, I would buy from Luna Bazaar in the future, and recommend them to others.

Quality level beyond compare The shipment get delivered faster than I expected. The order was precise and packed perfectly. The quality of the paper lanterns shocked me. They are beautiful with vivid colors and constructed more rugged than anticipated. Very happy with the product and will recommend the product, and the company. to anyone. Thanks Luna Bazaar!

Tissue Paper Tassels I ordered multiple pre-assembled tissue paper tassel sets. Upon receipt, they were completed compressed in the packaging, and therefore ALL of the tassels had been bent over and were full of wrinkles. Unacceptable. I am sure the product looked great prior to packaging, but you have to package your products in a way that will ensure they still look great upon receipt by the customer. When I chatted on-line with a CS rep to complain about how the tassels looked upon receipt, they offered me a "higher quality" option through a different vendor. Really? If you don't think your product is a quality product, then don't sell it! The other vendor did not have the colors that I need. I would upload a picture if I could, however, I do not see that I am able to do that. Luna Bazaar, you cannot completely flatten this product when you ship it. You need to find an alternative method for packaging this delicate product. Do not order the pre-assembled tissue paper tassels!!
