mercury glass for a wedding my daughter is getting married in april and i wanted the perfect memory for her and her soon to be husband. Luna Bazaar had so many wonderful things to choose from but when i saw the mercury glass hearts i knew they were the ones. i am painting their names and dates on the hearts and i know they will love them.......thank you for the product quality and the fast and easy transaction not to mention how well they were packaged and arrived so fast.....

Tissue Paper Tassels I ordered multiple pre-assembled tissue paper tassel sets. Upon receipt, they were completed compressed in the packaging, and therefore ALL of the tassels had been bent over and were full of wrinkles. Unacceptable. I am sure the product looked great prior to packaging, but you have to package your products in a way that will ensure they still look great upon receipt by the customer. When I chatted on-line with a CS rep to complain about how the tassels looked upon receipt, they offered me a "higher quality" option through a different vendor. Really? If you don't think your product is a quality product, then don't sell it! The other vendor did not have the colors that I need. I would upload a picture if I could, however, I do not see that I am able to do that. Luna Bazaar, you cannot completely flatten this product when you ship it. You need to find an alternative method for packaging this delicate product. Do not order the pre-assembled tissue paper tassels!!

Beautiful, delicate items! I ordered 3 orange lotus candle holders, and they are absolutely beautiful! They're a little smaller than I imagined (the image makes them seem a bit bigger), but the quality is awesome and they look lovely in our purple/orange-accented bedroom! I will definitely remember to look here the next time I am searching for accent pieces.

Shipping fees Product was OK but shipping fees to Canada were to expensive. Luna Bazaar Charged me over $ 200 for $ 700 cost of merchandise and UPS charged me an other $ 200 . You should find and other cheaper Company. When I buy From US companies they are usually take USPS and everything is perfect. Recently I have tried to buy from you around $150 (Small hanging decoration mercury glass) and you were supposed to charge me near $200 for shipping than I have decided to not buy.

Excellent customer service I had searched MANY websites trying to find rose gold mercury glass candle votives and Luna Bazaar had exactly what I was looking for! They had a beautiful collection of different shapes and sizes which we were also hoping to find. I ordered 8 sets of 6 of this collection and 5 were broken when they arrived. They were packaged well but could not handle the brutal holiday shipping and handling. After contacting a concerned but cheerful LB representative they graciously sent me an entire box of six to replace the 5 that were broken and I am happy that they all made it safely this trip! This company is on American soil and I will gladly order from them again! Thank you Luna Bazaar for a beautiful product and great customer service!
