The staff is friendly and very helpful The staff is friendly and very helpful. I had a problem with the online color of some glass votives not being accurate and some breakage of very delicate ornaments, but not due to the packing which is extraordinarily good. They were happy to refund my purchases and since return shipping is free, it was easy and painless. You can't get enough easy and painless these days. My experience with Luna Bazaar was a very pleasant one and I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service I had searched MANY websites trying to find rose gold mercury glass candle votives and Luna Bazaar had exactly what I was looking for! They had a beautiful collection of different shapes and sizes which we were also hoping to find. I ordered 8 sets of 6 of this collection and 5 were broken when they arrived. They were packaged well but could not handle the brutal holiday shipping and handling. After contacting a concerned but cheerful LB representative they graciously sent me an entire box of six to replace the 5 that were broken and I am happy that they all made it safely this trip! This company is on American soil and I will gladly order from them again! Thank you Luna Bazaar for a beautiful product and great customer service!

Shipping fees Product was OK but shipping fees to Canada were to expensive. Luna Bazaar Charged me over $ 200 for $ 700 cost of merchandise and UPS charged me an other $ 200 . You should find and other cheaper Company. When I buy From US companies they are usually take USPS and everything is perfect. Recently I have tried to buy from you around $150 (Small hanging decoration mercury glass) and you were supposed to charge me near $200 for shipping than I have decided to not buy.

Parasol Very pretty parasol and fast shipment. Only reservation is that I bought the parasol for a trip that I will be making by air and it is a tight fit into the large suitcase that I will be checking. In order to make parasols more portable suggest that top ornament be designed for removal during travel.

Excellent experience! Needed a small perfume bottle. Luna Bazaar had a large selection and wide variety from which to choose. Price and shipping costs were reasonable. My bottle arrived in a timely way and was very securely packaged. The bottle was of good quality, exactly as described and suited my needs perfectly. Without hesitation, I would buy from Luna Bazaar in the future, and recommend them to others.
