MERCURY GLASS I ORDERED SEVERAL SETS OF THE MINIATURE GLASS ORNAMENTS & THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL! VINTAGE LOOK FOR MY SMALL WHITE TREE. VERY CAREFULLY PACKAGED TO PREVENT DAMAGE DURING THIS BUSY SHIPPING SEASON. I WILL CERTAINLY ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE IN THE FUTURE.

Tissue Paper Tassels I ordered multiple pre-assembled tissue paper tassel sets. Upon receipt, they were completed compressed in the packaging, and therefore ALL of the tassels had been bent over and were full of wrinkles. Unacceptable. I am sure the product looked great prior to packaging, but you have to package your products in a way that will ensure they still look great upon receipt by the customer. When I chatted on-line with a CS rep to complain about how the tassels looked upon receipt, they offered me a "higher quality" option through a different vendor. Really? If you don't think your product is a quality product, then don't sell it! The other vendor did not have the colors that I need. I would upload a picture if I could, however, I do not see that I am able to do that. Luna Bazaar, you cannot completely flatten this product when you ship it. You need to find an alternative method for packaging this delicate product. Do not order the pre-assembled tissue paper tassels!!

mercury glass for a wedding my daughter is getting married in april and i wanted the perfect memory for her and her soon to be husband. Luna Bazaar had so many wonderful things to choose from but when i saw the mercury glass hearts i knew they were the ones. i am painting their names and dates on the hearts and i know they will love them.......thank you for the product quality and the fast and easy transaction not to mention how well they were packaged and arrived so fast.....

I had a problem with the online color of some glass votives not being accurate and some breakage of very delicate ornaments, but not due to the packing which is extraordinarily good. They were happy to refund my purchases and since return shipping is free, it was easy and painless. You can't get enough easy and painless these days. My experience with Luna Bazaar was a very pleasant one and I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent Service I ordered seven candle holders (it wasn't even a large order) from lunabazaar.com and they arrived fast. Two of the candle holders were damaged. I called the phone number listed on the package slip and they quickly shipped me a replacement for one and at my request gave me a refund on the other one. They were very very nice and professional. I think it was the best online service I have ever received. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you luna bazaar for a well ran company who cares about their customers and excellent service.
