I had to check with them a few days before expected delivery as I had not heard anything from them but once I checked in and they found there was an issue with production they worked hard to get the correction done and they still delivered the product before our event it was just one day later than expected. We will plan to use them again as they were very courteous and helpful and again the product was perfect.

The color is exactly as it appeared which was very important to our event theme color however I feel that the logo and lettering should have been a little larger it's difficult to read but very cute. Good quality napkin I would order them again.

I had some changed and requests I wanted to make during the ordering process and Molly was phenomenal and super accommodating!
