Great quality! Great customer service! I waited until the last minute to find favors for a birthday party and stumbled upon tippy toad via Pinterest. I called in to make sure that I’d be able to receive my order in time and I was extremely pleased with the customer service. I was relieved to know that I could still place my order and even with the rushed printing and shipping, the price wasn’t too outrageous. The quality of the cups was also worth the price! I have already shared this website with other friends who are looking for favors and will use this company in the future!

I am happy with my order and how… I am happy with my order and how quickly they arrived. The color is exactly as it appeared which was very important to our event theme color however I feel that the logo and lettering should have been a little larger it's difficult to read but very cute. Good quality napkin I would order them again.

The product provided was excellent and their CS was responsive as needed. The product provided was excellent. I had to check with them a few days before expected delivery as I had not heard anything from them but once I checked in and they found there was an issue with production they worked hard to get the correction done and they still delivered the product before our event it was just one day later than expected. We will plan to use them again as they were very courteous and helpful and again the product was perfect.

Great customer service, but flawed product My first order of 22oz. stadium cups arrived with blotches and scratches on them. Their customer service was great and promptly sent me a completely new order. Unfortunately, 1/3 of the cups in the new order had marks on them too. I decided to keep them and not say anything. I just won't order from them again.

Bailey was amazing Bailey was amazing! There was an unavoidable manufacturing delay on my order and she assured me that it would be here in time for our party! They overnighted them to me at no extra charge to make sure they were here in time and they arrived perfectly! Very impressed with their customer service!
