GBGreat customer service!! Sadly I did not receive the item I hard ordered, otherwise this could have been a 5 star. However I give 4 stars for customer service. I placed the order and I received email confirmation of the order and the process of the shipment. For some reason the post office had misplaced the order and I never got the item. When I inquired on the status, I was immediately refunded the entire amount and issued a sincere apology. I would not hesitate to order again, just hope the post office gets it figured out.

GBAir fresheners for car I reached out about shipping being $8 for a single car air freshener and they agreed and adjusted it. Shipping was super fast and they responded quickly to messages. Will buy from them again.

GBI appreciate the courtesy e-mail sent… I appreciate the courtesy e-mail sent regarding the ornament I ordered being currently out of stock. With that notification I was given the choice to cancel the order or wait for it to be back in stocks. We just received the ornament today and are very happy with it.

GBI appreciated a quick response to my… I appreciated a quick response to my concerns. I would advise you to make a way for customers to view the fonts you offer instead of having to choosing blindly. I ended up very happy with how my bags came out!
