I appreciate the courtesy e-mail sent… I appreciate the courtesy e-mail sent regarding the ornament I ordered being currently out of stock. With that notification I was given the choice to cancel the order or wait for it to be back in stocks. We just received the ornament today and are very happy with it.

Great customer service!! Sadly I did not receive the item I hard ordered, otherwise this could have been a 5 star. However I give 4 stars for customer service. I placed the order and I received email confirmation of the order and the process of the shipment. For some reason the post office had misplaced the order and I never got the item. When I inquired on the status, I was immediately refunded the entire amount and issued a sincere apology. I would not hesitate to order again, just hope the post office gets it figured out.

My experience with P-T was good because… My experience with P-T was good because though there was a problem, it was responded to quickly and settled to my satisfaction. The big disappointment was that an item I very much wanted was shown and I ordered it, only to receive a similar but different item. The item received was not acceptable, and besides the let-down of not getting what I wanted, there was a great deal of my time spent on this. I felt that if the item turned out not to be available as ordered, you should have contacted me about any replacement, not just sent a different item.
