GBZero Star Only gave it a one star because it didn’t allow for a zero star. I ordered a bobble head. When their rendition of the digital photo came to me for review, there was no resemblance. Even the glasses didn’t match. They suggested a different picture but they did not reply. Finally being fed up, I requested a refund of which I only got 30ish%.

The design process was user-friendly, and the designers were communicative throughout the process allowing multiple opportunities to provide feedback and approve the final design. The final product was amazing and brought smiles and laughter from the recipient of the gift and the family at large.

They seem to be doing an excellent job creating the bobble head of my friend based on a single photo I sent. Subsequent e-mail exchanges allow me to inspect and approve the likeness. I cannot wait to see the final product.

GBI submitted a photo of my son I submitted a photo of my son. I was emailed a pic of the head for approval. They did an incredible job of capturing his likeness. It arrived well packed and my sone and his friends all love it! #WellDone! #GreatCommunication!
