The more specific instructions the better your finished product will turn out to your liking. I e-mailed extra photos. When I received my bobblehead, it had a few flaws that were not visible in the emails prior to shipping. Customer service was made aware and has agreed to remake the bobblehead.

Timely and thorough service the customer service has been great. I worked with ONE person who kept in contact with me through every step of my order. I had a large order that needed a bit more than "face" customization, and they happily obliged. The service was quick as well. I would gladly return as a customer and recommend this company.

These guys are amazing These guys are amazing. They work very hard to make a perfect art of figures and they do it transparently by continuosly checking in with their progress. They are open minded for suggestions and corrections. I am amazed with their great job and will definitely order many more figures from them.
