Throughout the entire process, they stayed in communication with me and sent me pictures of each part they had created. When I asked them to change the shape of my husband's mustache, they did it exactly the way I asked them to. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Zero Star Only gave it a one star because it didn’t allow for a zero star. I ordered a bobble head. When their rendition of the digital photo came to me for review, there was no resemblance. Even the glasses didn’t match. They suggested a different picture but they did not reply. Finally being fed up, I requested a refund of which I only got 30ish%.
