Timely and thorough service the customer service has been great. I worked with ONE person who kept in contact with me through every step of my order. I had a large order that needed a bit more than "face" customization, and they happily obliged. The service was quick as well. I would gladly return as a customer and recommend this company.

Would definitely order more! Great Communication! The communication here is absolutely wonderful. The timing of everything is just as wonderful. I made a mistake on my order and they reached out to me just to verify if my order was correct. Had they not reached out to me, I would have had a product that I did not want. They take extra care to pay attention to what they are doing and the product that they are creating. They send pictures of the bobble heads before they fabricate them, to make sure that you approve. I have since placed a 2nd order because of the great experience with them.

Zero Star Only gave it a one star because it didn’t allow for a zero star. I ordered a bobble head. When their rendition of the digital photo came to me for review, there was no resemblance. Even the glasses didn’t match. They suggested a different picture but they did not reply. Finally being fed up, I requested a refund of which I only got 30ish%.
