Homehap stands behind their products I am re-writing my review as Homehaps has been so proactive in fixing the situation. I have been emotional and they have been nothing but kind The situation is I was surprised with the finished product. My daughter gave me a lovely portrait from Homehaps. That is why I turned to them to produce this large image. The technique used appeared very different from the one from my daughter. I assume this is because I ordered a larger size. ( 24x36) . When I was sent the image to approve, I was unable to zoom in. If I could zoom in and actually see the quality I would not have approved. I would have switched to a smaller size. I do think that is a capability Homehap should consider. Homehap has been very patient with me as this portrait has sentimental value. They have offered to work with me and I appreciate their sincerity. I am changing my review to 4 stars as it's about a company that stands behind their products

Horrible experience Horrible experience! I submitted my order and approved it. I had a few questions as I was not sure about some of the details. I was answered back very rudely and told to look at my order and not to bother them with such stupid questions. When I got upset with this response and told them there customer service was rude they canceled my order. This was a picture for my dads 80 birthday

I ordered this as a thank you gift for… I ordered this as a thank you gift for our neighbor. I ordered the 12×12 canvas. Not only is the portrait beautiful and canvas top quality, but the customer service was fast and friendly and the item was delivered super fast. I'll definitely order again and will recommend to family and friends.
