Loved the product! -

Beautiful artwork of my special little… Beautiful artwork of my special little baby Trinket ❣️Just what I asked for and super fast!! Couldn't be happier with this company! Love it!

Picture quality is very good Picture quality is very good. Price is a little high but quality makes up for it. Speed of finished product and delivery is acceptable.

Homehap stands behind their products I am re-writing my review as Homehaps has been so proactive in fixing the situation. I have been emotional and they have been nothing but kind The situation is I was surprised with the finished product. My daughter gave me a lovely portrait from Homehaps. That is why I turned to them to produce this large image. The technique used appeared very different from the one from my daughter. I assume this is because I ordered a larger size. ( 24x36) . When I was sent the image to approve, I was unable to zoom in. If I could zoom in and actually see the quality I would not have approved. I would have switched to a smaller size. I do think that is a capability Homehap should consider. Homehap has been very patient with me as this portrait has sentimental value. They have offered to work with me and I appreciate their sincerity. I am changing my review to 4 stars as it's about a company that stands behind their products

I've not yet received my portrait but… I've not yet received my portrait but I'm very sure it will be more lovely than the preview! I can't wait to see my portrait. Thank you so much for bringing my beautiful boy to life for me. Audrey Maini
